Each tailor-made suit<\/strong> or made-to-measure garment<\/strong> requires time, attention and precise coordination between stylists and workshops. At RIVES, we opt for controlled tailoring, with deadlines adjusted to the needs of each customer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The average lead time for a tailor-made suit <\/strong>is five weeks from the time the measurements are taken. This time is needed for pattern-making, fabric cutting and suit-making in our partner workshops. Once the piece has been made to your image, a fitting is scheduled. The final adjustments, made in Paris in our workshop adjacent to the boutique, offer great flexibility. For example, if required, we can organize several fittings on the same day, so that you can leave with your suit without further delay. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This point is always discussed in advance with your Tailor-made stylist<\/strong>, in order to anticipate the schedule according to your personal or professional constraints.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some special requests – a technical piece, an original cut, an entirely new development – may require additional time, particularly for the development of a tailor-made prototype. In such cases, the stylist will inform you at the outset of any additional steps and lead times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also offer an express service for tailor-made suits or other made-to-measure garments<\/strong>, made possible by our collaboration with traditional workshops on a human scale, capable of adapting to urgent requests. In this context, a Tailor-made suit<\/strong> is <\/strong>can be completed within ten working days, from measurement to fitting. This service is subject to workshop availability and may limit certain customization or fabric options. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our priority is to provide you with the right support, while respecting your deadlines. In the event of an imminent event, we do our utmost to dress you in time. The real luxury, however, is time, so we recommend that you contact us at least two months in advance for a wedding or other special occasion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, for our regular customers whose tailor-made pattern<\/strong> is retained, lead times can be shortened. Ordering a new piece or upgrading a wardrobe becomes much easier, without having to go through the whole process again. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

At RIVES, your made-to-measure<\/strong> suit<\/strong> jacket or waistcoat, or any other piece of your tailor-made wardrobe, is a unique creation, the price of which varies according to the material chosen, the level of personalization and the complexity of the piece. We have opted for total transparency: our prices are communicated to you at the very first meeting, once the outlines of the project have been defined with your stylist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of a two-piece tailor-made suit<\/strong> starts at \u20ac1,390. This price includes the entire process: stylistic exchange, measurements, pattern creation, fitting(s) and final adjustments. It also includes assistance in choosing the fabric from a selection of quality fabrics from such leading houses as Loro Piana, Dormeuil, Holland & Sherry and Ermenegildo Zegna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certain options – traditional interlining<\/strong>, the development of a new design or the selection of rare fabrics – can increase the price. These additional costs are always clearly discussed with the customer before the order is placed. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The other pieces in the tailor-made wardrobe<\/strong> follow the same logic. A tailor-made shirt starts at \u20ac265, a coat at around \u20ac1,740, and a jacket from \u20ac940. Here again, price depends on fabric and level of complexity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also offer an express service option (10 working days – for men in a hurry to put on a suit tailor-made or for last-minute special occasions) for which a supplement is applied depending on the project. This service is subject to validation according to the period and workshop availability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
