The steps
APPOINTEMENT #1 INFORMATION, ADVICE, FIRST PROPOSALS
A first meeting to get to know each other and most often :
– To understand and define your needs, your desires, your project.
– To share our know-how and our approach: how it is done, where, and the process for the realization of an item or an outfit.
– To show you and make you try on clothes among the many available in each point of sale.
– To show you fabrics among the thousands available and renewed each year.
– To make the initial style proposals to you.
– To draw up an estimate based on the elements already discussed (the final estimate will be drawn up when the fabric is selected).
APPOINTMENT #2 CREATION, TAKING MEASUREMENTS, CHOICE OF DETAILS
During the second meeting, we will define together all the elements that will make up your garment or outfit.
Your personal stylist, adequately trained by the two founders of the brand, has several years of experience, both in styling and in taking measurements.
He or she will make propositions, guide you, and exchange with you… and in the end, you decide.
From the end of this meeting, we start the elaboration of your custom-made items.
APPOINTMENT #3 FITTINGS, ADJUSTMENTS
Appointments following the realization are devoted to fittings and adjustments in order to achieve a perfect result.
We set up our own sewing workshop at the same time as the first RIVES boutique, right next door, with 2 tailors. The objective is to guarantee you quality control from one end of the chain to the other, while meeting deadlines.
We guarantee you full support and high-quality in the entire process.
The choice of traditional workshops and our own in-house sewing workshop, guarantee you an unequalled satisfaction rate, as well as deadlines controlled and reduced as much as possible.

SHORTENED DEADLINES AND ADAPTED DELIVERIES
Our workshops are among the fastest and allow delivery times which are always less than 5 weeks.
Moreover, the relationship of trust that binds us, as well as the human size of our workshops, make the impossible possible: with an extra charge, we are able to deliver a complete outfit in 10 days, without degrading the service. A record to be beaten!
